Bring a toy to donate for the holiday season and receive a free professional (or fun) headshot. Photos will be taken at Coffee N’ Comics (Sparks) and will be available to download by December 7th.

Embrace the holiday spirit by bringing a new, unwrapped toy to donate, and in return, enjoy a complimentary professional headshot.

Capture the essence of giving this season while we immortalize your generosity through a professional photograph. Your contribution will bring joy to those in need, and your kindness will be remembered forever in a picture.

Downloadable copies of your professional photos will be accessible on this page by December 7th, 2024.

Headshots for Kindness Terms and Conditions:

1. Event Details: The free headshot event will take place on December 4th, 2024, between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM at Coffee N' Comics located at Baring Blvd. This offer is valid only during the specified time and date.

2. Eligibility: Participants must donate a new and unwrapped toy to qualify for a complimentary headshot. One headshot per person will be provided in exchange for each donated toy.

3. Donation Guidelines: Only new and unwrapped toys will be accepted for the headshot exchange. Damaged or used items will not be considered eligible for participation in this offer.

4. Scheduling and Availability: Headshots will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis during the event hours. There may be limited availability, and participation is subject to the capacity and schedule of the event.

5. Release and Usage: By participating in the event and receiving a headshot, participants grant permission for the event organizers to use the images captured for promotional purposes related to the event or future events. Participants retain the rights to their individual headshot images.

6. Liability: The event organizers, Eddy Westin and Company, LightStyles Studio, and, Coffee N' Comics, and any associated parties shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the event or as a result of participating in the event.

7. Changes or Cancellations: The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, terms, or cancel the event in unforeseen circumstances. Any changes or cancellations will be communicated through official channels.

8. Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner during the event. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in exclusion from participating in the event.

9. Personal Data: Any personal information collected during the event will be used solely for the purpose of the event and will not be shared with third parties without the participant's consent.

10. Agreement: Participation in the event constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

11. Charitable Partner: The event organizers, Eddy Westin and Company, LightStyles Studio, and, Coffee N' Comics, reserve the right to designate which charity and/or charitable causes will receive the donated toys. Donations are not tax deductible.

By participating in the event, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
